1. What BABA Capital is
BABA Capital (the “Site”) is an educational and research surface for autonomous crypto yield infrastructure. We surface trade ideas, run live engines that scan markets across Hyperliquid, Polymarket, Aerodrome, and HyperEVM DEXs, and publish daily intel based on what those engines observe. We also offer paid subscriptions (BMI Premium) and an educational program (BABA Engine Academy).
2. What BABA Capital is not
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, money transmitter, custodian, fiduciary, or financial institution in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this Site — including signal teasers, performance numbers, the watch list, the daily intel feed, Telegram alerts, or premium dashboard content — is investment, financial, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. We do not solicit, offer, or recommend the purchase or sale of any security, derivative, commodity, or digital asset.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for every trade you execute. The engine never custodies your funds — all execution lands on your own wallet or exchange account. Before risking capital you should (a) verify each setup independently, (b) understand the venue’s contract specifications and liquidation mechanics, (c) only deploy capital you can afford to lose entirely, and (d) consult a qualified financial professional in your jurisdiction.
4. Eligibility & jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access cryptocurrency derivatives and prediction markets in your jurisdiction. The Site is not directed at users in jurisdictions where its content would violate local law — including (without limitation) the United States with respect to Polymarket access. If your jurisdiction restricts perpetual-futures trading or prediction markets, do not use BABA Capital’s content to access those venues.
5. Subscriptions, refunds, and Telegram access
BMI Premium is billed through Gumroad. Cancel anytime; refunds follow Gumroad’s standard policy. Telegram channels are operated as a courtesy to subscribers; we may pause, throttle, or revoke access if abuse is detected. The site, the engine, and the channels are provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for any purpose.
6. No guarantee of performance or uptime
Past performance is not indicative of future results. The engine can stop firing signals at any time due to market conditions, model degradation, infrastructure failure, or our discretionary decision. Statistics we display (win rate, scan counts, fire counts) reflect best-effort measurement and may contain errors. We commit to no specific signal cadence or accuracy.
7. No liability for losses
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BABA Analytics and its principals disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of the Site, the engine, the Telegram channels, or any signal published herein. If liability cannot be disclaimed under your jurisdiction’s law, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
8. Intellectual property
The Site’s content (excluding third-party data feeds we surface) is copyright 2026 BABA Analytics. You may share excerpts with attribution. You may not republish the daily intel feed, the watch list, or premium subscriber content as your own. Open-source engine code we publish is licensed separately under its repository’s license.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms by updating this page. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least seven days. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
