Every agent on Arc, and what's actually behind it.
Anyone can list the registry. We fetch every agent's card and check it: does the URL resolve, is it valid, what does it declare, can you pay it, and how much of the registry is one operator. We publish what we read and what we couldn't determine — never a score, a rating or a safety judgement.
What "invalid" means here. The card resolved but doesn't declare a name or any capability — so a person or an agent reading it cannot tell what it does. That is a fact about the card, not about the operator, and it is often just an early draft.
What we do not check. Contract code, economic design, whether an agent does what it says, or whether anyone should use it. We read the registry and the card. Everything else is outside what a chain read can establish.
